Meridian
Equipment has three consignment auctions each year. The auctions start at 9:oo on Saturday morning. You can pick up a bidding number
the week before the auction inside Meridian Equipment, you can also pick up a number on auction day starting at 8:00 in the
trailer on the auction lot. Our Auctions dates this year are: October 17, 2009

Fliers are made available two weeks prior to the auction at numerous places around Whatcom and Skagit county.
Schedule:
9:00 Miscellaneous
Around 12:00 Rolling Stock(tractors, trailers, etc.)
Implements will come right after the Rolling Stock
How to Pay & When:
Your
reciept will be in the same office that you got your number in. It should be ready for about 20 minutes after you purchased
your last item. You must pay for your item before you can take them with you. They must also be paid for the day of the auction,
unless you have made arrangements to pay the following week.
We accept payment
by check and/or cash, Visa, Mastercard, or debit card. Payment by credit card requires a 5% buyers' premium. Items
MUST be picked up the week following the auction. If they are not
picked up AND paid for within 30 days they become the property of Meridian Equipment and will be sold for storage.
How To Get A Bidding Number:
There are two ways to get a number:
- You can stop in at the main office in Meridian Equipment, the week prior to the sale, to miss the line,
or
- On auction day in the trailer, located
behind the blue tent, you can pick up a number starting at 8:00.
Consignment Fees:
These are paid by the consigner, we will deduct this amount from your check total.
- Items selling for less than $200.00 are 25% comission
fee per item.
- Items selling between $200.00 and $5000.00 10%
comission fee per item.
Any Items over $5000.00 is a 10% commision fee on the first $5000.00 and then drops to 5% on
the amount thereafter.
How to Consign Your Treasures:
1. Bring
them to the big blue tent that is located on Meridian Equipment Primises.
o DO NOT procrastinate as the auction lot does become full, and
we do have to cut off all consignments.
o Call ahead the last week, as then you will need prior permission.

2. Get
one of the guys in white overalls to unload you.
3. Fill
out a consignment sheet, we will provide these. Make sure that you include your:
o Name
o Address
o Phone Number Write legibly as this is where we send your
check.
TERMS
OF SALE: 10%
Buyer's Premium on All Items under $2,000.00 - $35.00
Title Buyer's Fee on ALL titled vehicles.
- Cash, bankable check, or Visa/Mastercard on the day of sale (5%
Buyer's Fee on Credit Card Purchases)
- Food is available
on site.
- All items are sold as is, where is.
Preview daily 8AM-5PM, except weekends.
Directions:
From The South- Take I-5 to Meridian Street, Exit 256A. Turn right onto Meridian Street, and go
approx. 5 miles.
From the North-Take 264th to Aldergrove Customs, to Hwy
539 (Guide Meridian). Go South approx. 10 miles.
